ECI is proactively using IT solutions in many areas of Planing , conduct and management of elections but in a very systematic way, past ideation of IT applications, the prototype is tried as a proof of concept and then it’s implementation is increased systematically.

An online app for citizens to report on the model code of conduct violations during the election period. The application is called as ‘cVIGIL’ denoting Vigilant Citizen and the proactive and responsible role he can play in the conduct of free and fair elections.

EVM Management System is designed to manage inventory of EVM units. Tracking of units from manufacturer to state, state to state, district to district. It also shows status of units as per election process.

ERO-Net is envisioned keeping in the mind the mandate of ECI, that no eligible voter be left behind irrespective of his language or physical ability. The system strives to make an applicant’s entry in e-roll unambiguous and error free without much of hassle.

National Voters Service Portal aims to provide single window quality services through user friendly interface for citizen to increase transparency and ease of access of information.

Provides single window common interface to the citizens for submitting their complaints,System forwards the complaints to appropriate authority & keeps the user informed about its progress.

Electronically transmitted Postal Ballot System (ETPBS) is developed by Election Commission of India, for the use of the Service Voters.This system enables the entitled service voters to cast their vote using an electronically received postal ballot from anywhere outside their constituency.

ECI Authenticator App administers the seamless and secure Two-Way Authentication using the various Algorithms which helps the users to log in securely without requiring SMS based OTP or E-Mail OTP.

Taking forward its continuous efforts of building an active democratic citizenry in the country, Election Commission of India has undertaken a new initiative by designing a Mobile Application for developing a culture of avid electoral engagement and making informed and ethical ballot decisions among citizens of the country.
