હવે તમને હોમ પેજ પર મેનુ બારમાં ઉપર ત્રણ લાઈન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે અને ત્યાં નીચે તમને Download Ayushman Card નું ઓપ્શન જોવા મળશે તેના પર તમારે ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે. હવે આવેલ ફોર્મ માં ત્યાર બાદ આધાર સિલેક્ટ કરી ને Scheme મા PMJAY સિલેક્ટ ક્રિયા બાદ તમારું રાજ્ય માં આપણે ગુજરાત સિલેક્ટ કરવાનું કરીશું અને તમારો આધાર કાર્ડ નંબર દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ તમારા આધાર કાર્ડ સાથે જે મોબાઈલ નંબર લિંક હશે એ મોબાઈલ નંબર પર એક OTP આવશે તે અહીંયા ENTER OTP માં દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે. અને Verify બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે. હવે એક નવું પેજ ખુલશે અને ત્યાં તમારું નામ અને આયુષ્માન કાર્ડ ક્યારે બનાવેલું છે અને કઈ યોજના હેઠળ આવે છે એ જોવા મળશે અને બાજુ માં Download Card પર ક્લિક કરીને તમે આયુષ્માન કાર્ડ ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકો છો.
