- Option
A: A Bachelor's Degree
in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from a recognized
university. No prior experience is required for degree holders.
- Option
B: A Diploma in Pharmacy
(D.Pharm) from a recognized university/institution, supplemented with
approximately 2 years of experience as a Junior Pharmacist, Dispenser,
or Medical Representative in a government hospital, dispensary, or
pharmaceutical company.
- Basic
Computer Knowledge: Candidates must
possess basic computer operating skills.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates
will be appointed on a contract/fixed-pay basis initially:
- Fixed
Pay (First 5 Years): ₹40,800/- per month.
- Regular
Pay Scale (Post 5 Years):
Level-5 Pay Matrix (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) under the 7th Pay Commission.
Selection Process
The selection of
candidates for the Junior Pharmacist post will involve the following stages:
- Written Competitive Examination: An objective Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format test, which may be conducted via OMR sheets or as a Computer-Based Response Test (CBRT).
- Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates from the merit list will be called to verify their academic and experience credentials.
- Final Merit & Appointment: Final selection will be based on the normalized marks obtained in the written exam.
