જે નીચે મુજબ છે.
- Step
1 : તમારે સૌપ્રથમ આયુષ્માન કાર્ડ ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે આ https://bis.pmjay.gov.in/BIS/mobileverify
વેબસાઇટ પર જવાનું રહેશે.
- Step 2
: ત્યાં મેનુ બારમાં ઉપર ત્રણ લાઈન પર
ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે અને ત્યાં નીચે તમને Download
Ayushman Card નું ઓપ્શન મળશે તેના પર
ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે
- Step 3 : ત્યાર બાદ Aadhaar સિલેક્ટ કરી ને Scheme મા PMJAY સિલેક્ટ કરવાનું રહશે અને તમારું રાજ્ય એટલે કે આપણે ગુજરાત સિલેક્ટ કરવાનું રહશે અને તમારો આધાર કાર્ડ નંબર દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ તમારા આધાર કાર્ડ સાથે જે મોબાઈલ નંબર લિંક હશે એ મોબાઈલ નંબર પર એક OTP આવશે તે અહીંયા ENTER OTP માં દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે. અને Verify બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
How to download Ayushman card online?
All government and hospitals of the country affiliated to Ayushyaman Bharat Yojana will get benefit of Ayushyaman Bharat Yojana. We will tell you step by step. Which are as follows.
Step 1 : First you have to go to this https://bis.pmjay.gov.in/BIS/mobileverify website to download Ayushman card.
Step 2: There you have to click on the three lines above in the menu bar and below you will get the option of Download Ayushman Card and you have to click on it.
Step 3: After that select Aadhaar and select PMJAY in Scheme and select your state i.e. Gujarat and enter your Aadhaar card number. After that, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number which is linked with your Aadhaar card, it has to be entered in ENTER OTP here. And click on Verify button.
