3. Permission under Section-93 (aa):
Permission under Section – 73 AA means by the Revenue
Department of the Government of Gujarat to which Section – 73 AA has been
applied. It is mandatory to obtain permission from the office designated by the
Government to carry out any action like sale in that land. For that, the
prescribed form had to be applied first. Which is currently done online by the
Revenue Department of the Government of Gujarat. So that there is no need to go

The name Uttra resonates in Gujarat from home to home.
Utra means village sample number 7, 8 and 12 and 6 of our land (Notes). This
provides sustenance to the farmers of Gujarat. No matter how many companies

Recently, one had to go to the office first to get
village sample number 7, 8 and 12 and 6 (notes) through the revenue department

The Gujarat Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act 2020 was
passed by the Government of Gujarat. Under which land grabbers can no longer
encroach on land. Under which act no unauthorized person can occupy the land
owned by the original owners of the land.
If any such land is occupied by an unauthorized person,
such land is occupied. Then you can apply under the Gujarat Land Grabbing
